Fetcher’s mission is to connect companies with the people who will help them change the world. Our sourcing automation platform, combined with our internal team of experts, empowers recruiters and TA leaders to be the best that they can be. By making the sourcing and outreach process exponentially more efficient, TA teams can spend more time building relationships with candidates, creating a great hiring experience, and showcasing their company’s brand.

How we started

In late 2016, our Founders, Andres & Chris, created a mobile app called Caliber. The idea was to connect people to professionals they didn’t know, in order to help them form new professional relationships and progress their careers.

When they saw that recruiters were actually using it to connect with candidates, they realized the immense need for personalized, yet automated sourcing & outreach in order to increase hiring efficiencies without hurting effectiveness. That’s when Fetcher was born.

We launched with a small team, and now have 200+ employees across four different continents. We’ve worked with over 1,000 companies across all industries, helping companies hire engineers, sales and marketing talent, C-suite executives and everything in between.
