Fetcher Product Update: Q2 2022

Check out what’s new in Fetcher

July 7, 2022

Q2 2022 - ProductUpdateBlog

We had a lot to celebrate in Q2, including our Series B announcement. 🎉 As Andres mentions in the announcement, this funding is allowing us to expand our company and advance our platform to make Fetcher even easier and more effective for you.

Before we get too far into Q3, let’s take a look in the rearview mirror at what new features launched on the platform in Q2 to help TA teams streamline feedback and connect with the right candidates, at the right time.

Highlights
  • Notes 📝
  • Reminders 🔴
  • Copy Search ➕
  • Future Interest status 🔮

Notes

All Your Feedback in One Place

Notes-Example

In May, we introduced Notes to the platform - and it’s certainly noteworthy!

Notes include any additional information left for an open role when creating a search, plus feedback left in the Notes section of an existing search. Feedback on a role is all done within the platform, which means less emailing back and forth with our support team. It’s all in one place, giving teams more visibility and ease when collaborating.

The information provided is piped directly to our internal teams, so we can further tailor the search, enhance our algorithms, and help Fetcher find and deliver the candidates our clients are looking for.

Reminders

Reach Candidates at the Right Time

email-reminder

Connect with candidates when timing is right for them by setting Reminders. Reminders will alert you when it’s time to email a candidate after they’ve returned from vacation/leave, or at a date that a candidate has indicated works better for them to talk about an open role.

When a Reminder is due, Fetcher creates an alert within the platform, visible from the main dashboard. That means it’s time to email the candidate!

Save Time Creating Similar Searches

Copy Search - Fetcher

Sourcing for a new position with similar criteria to a past search? Fetcher’s new Copy Search option saves time and duplicates the criteria of a previous search.

Once a search is copied, it can be added to or modified. Of course, you can always add new Notes before sending Fetcher to retrieve the new pool of candidates.

Future Interest status

Select Good-Fit Candidates to Nurture

Fetcher - Future Interest

In July of 2021, we announced our new Directory and Email Campaigns. The new “Future Interest” status is an additional Directory filter you can use to indicate that a candidate is one that you want to engage in a future campaign.

When it’s time to create a new nurture campaign from the Directory, you’ll soon be able to add a filter for Future Interest candidates. This makes it easy to add good-fit candidates to an email outreach sequence to keep them engaged!

What else is new in Fetcher?

✔️ ATS integrations: Phantom ATS has been added to our list of ATS integrations.

✔️ Greenhouse Harvest API connector is now self-serve.

✔️ Exportable comments are now included in candidate exports.

✔️ UI performance and pagination improvements to improve platform speed.

We’re excited for what Q3 has in store!
