Our AI will then proactively search for candidates that fit your criteria. Conversely, if you have a surplus of applicants, you can toggle off outbound sourcing and let our AI sort through the inbound talent that would otherwise overwhelm your team. It's a comprehensive AI talent sourcing solution that adapts to your needs.
