The entire Fetcher team has been hard at work for the past several months to evolve our brand identity. And today, we're thrilled to share our new look, feel, and personality with you.
Yes, talent sourcing is a science, but it’s also an art. It requires qualities such as creativity, empathy, and intuition. We wanted to create a brand that celebrates the unique human elements of talent acquisition—a brand that is friendly, inclusive, and rebellious.
Fetcher is a platform where people from all walks of life can find exceptional folks from every imaginable background—and that is something worth celebrating. As we enhance our product offerings, we wanted to update our brand to embody that same commitment to you.
Your continuous feedback has been instrumental in shaping our new brand identity. Through surveys, interviews, and ongoing engagement, we've transformed your insights into a brand that reflects our shared values. It's a truly collaborative creation and we're thrilled to present a brand that is both ours and yours.
Our new logo, colors, typography, and illustrations are designed to reflect these values.
By design, our logo is open for interpretation—from a loyal companion's paw print to people connecting and coming together. No matter your interpretation, our message remains the same. Fetcher is by your side every step of the way to help you build exceptional teams.
Talent acquisition is already stressful enough. Our colors maintain Fetcher’s original vibrance while, at the same time, introducing more white space and toning them down to create a sense of calm and serenity. Blue remains our primary color due to its association with loyalty.
Our playful illustrations and vibrant photography showcase our human-centricity and dedication to people from all walks of life. Candidates aren’t just “workers.” They’re real people with unique backgrounds and experiences that shine through their personalities. We crafted our visuals to be a celebration of this.
Our typography is a modern and bold sans-serif, conveying our confidence and professionalism while still being friendly and approachable. We searched far and wide for a font that was clean, attention-grabbing, and a little bit quirky (kind of like us).

Our CEO and co-founder Andres Blank echoes his excitement, “When we started, our resources were limited and we had to be scrappy. We bought a logo from an icon store for $1, put an attractive design on a spreadsheet, and launched our product. I'm thrilled we’re now able to invest in our brand and deliver something that really resonates with our clients. We're excited to engage with our community in new and meaningful ways, and we're proud to unveil our new identity, website, and blog.”
