Meet Mira and Kiva, recruiters tasked with growing a global team in a competitive market. They’re juggling tight timelines, multiple searches, and trying to figure out which channels actually work. With our latest product updates, Mira, Kiva and every recruiter like them can work smarter, source more confidently, and find the best talent faster.
At Fetcher, we’re focused on giving you intelligent tools that integrate seamlessly into your recruiting workflow. Whether you're starting with a blank slate or scaling across multiple roles, our latest release makes it easier to launch searches, understand where candidates are coming from, and grow your pipeline with confidence.

A Sleeker, More Intuitive Experience
We’ve made several UX updates across the platform to make your day-to-day smoother:
- A new collapsible side menu for more workspace
- Improved contrast across all pages for better readability
- Softened table borders to align with our clean visual design
- Refined tooltips to remove unnecessary data (like “employees = 0”)
Why it matters: These small improvements add up to a smoother, more delightful experience for recruiters who live in Fetcher every day.
See Where Candidates Originated
We heard your feedback: visibility matters. With our new sourcing transparency update, you can now see exactly how each candidate landed in your pipeline—whether through the Fetcher sourcing team, our Chrome Extension, manual sourcing via the Source Tab, or even if they applied directly.
Why it matters: Knowing where your best candidates come from helps your team refine strategy and invest in the channels that deliver results. Now, every candidate card tells a complete story, from how they were sourced to when they were contacted.

AI-Powered Suggestions to Speed Up Sourcing
No more starting from scratch. With our new smart suggestions, Fetcher automatically recommends relevant skills, job titles, and companies based on your search. Oftentimes, this new feature can double your talent pool with just one click, especially for jobs that have many relevant titles.
Why it matters: This is perfect for recruiters unfamiliar with a new role or industry, or those who want to explore beyond obvious search filters. Think of it as having an AI copilot for every search, making it easier to build stronger pipelines with less guesswork.
We’ve also added enhanced filters for college degrees, industries, company sizes, and schools. Whether you’re narrowing in on enterprise-ready candidates or recent grads from specific programs, these new filters give you greater precision.
But smart sourcing is just the start. We’re also redefining how you manage applicants.
Gearing Up for ATS-Free AI Candidate Screening
We’re building the future of inbound candidate management with no ATS required.
Our latest backend work paves the way for Fetcher-native AI candidate screening, with the ability to:
- Upload applications/resumes via a sleek new file modal
- Automatically parse and score resumes
- Take actions like “Approve” or “Reject” inside Fetcher
Why it matters: Smaller teams or early-stage startups can soon manage applicants directly in Fetcher without needing to adopt a full ATS.

More Candidates, Fewer Limits
Your Source Tab just got a major upgrade: search results now include every candidate in our database even if we don’t yet have an email address on file.
Why it matters: You’ll no longer miss out on strong profiles simply because contact info isn’t immediately available. Even if an email isn’t found yet, you’ll still see the candidate’s LinkedIn URL so you can reach out via InMail, connect directly, or trigger an email lookup on your end.
We’ve also expanded our own email lookup capabilities through new data partnerships, improving your chances of fetching contact details when you need them most.
Reach Global Talent, Instantly
We’ve expanded our candidate data to include more international profiles, especially from Europe, thanks to new data partner integrations.
Why it matters: Whether you’re scaling internationally or seeking a more diverse candidate pool, you now have more global reach at your fingertips. From Berlin to Boston, your next hire is just a search away.
🐛 Quality of Life Fixes (bugs)
We’ve also fixed a few pesky bugs to ensure smoother workflows:
- Lead counts now properly update after admin or extension delivery
- Chrome Extension history now logs all “add to search” events
- Template edits no longer block campaign sends

Coming Soon: Natural Language Search + Smarter Replies
At Fetcher, we’re always exploring new ways to make sourcing feel more natural, intuitive, and powerful. That’s why we’re rolling out support for natural language search in our next release, so you can find the best candidates just like you’d ask ChatGPT for the best dinner spot.
Whether you prefer Boolean strings, Fetcher-assisted searches, or reviewing inbound applicants with AI, you will soon have a fourth option: simply type what you're looking for in plain English, and let Fetcher interpret it. Searching for ‘PMs in Berlin with AI experience’? Just type it. Fetcher will handle the rest.
We're also introducing additional reply templates within the platform to give you more flexibility when engaging candidates. These new templates let you tailor your outreach to match the reply—whether you're confirming interest, asking follow-up questions, or qualifying leads via email. It’s one more way Fetcher helps you move faster and smarter in your hiring workflows.
With these updates, Mira, Kiva, and every recruiter like them are now equipped with more powerful, flexible tools to hire faster wherever and however they source.
